As part of the recent Sleepy Hollow Cultural Festival, organizers invited artists and community members to submit pieces of their art or creative work that embody, reflect, or answer the question, “What are you grateful for?” According to the organisers, “acknowledging what we are grateful for promotes attention to the positive that already exists and encourages us to believe that an even better future can arise”.

The resulting exhibition of selected works is an opportunity to collectively share and celebrate the moments, experiences, people and things that positively enrich our lives; to inspire and fuel hope.

The exhibit was displayed at the historic Kingsland Point Park Bathhouse (now Kathryn W. Davis RiverWalk Center) in Sleepy Hollow during the Culture Festival on September 17. RiverArts Open Studio tour on November 5 and 6 at Sleepy Hollow Senior Center.

If you wish to purchase any artwork featured in the exhibition, the artists can be contacted directly via email (available at the exhibition).
